Our founder, Scott Fraser

Scott has over 20 years experience working in cost management within the private and public sectors and over the last decade has worked on major projects within the energy industry.

Scott is a highly driven and recognised professional with a wealth of skills. He is a strategically driven leader who offers expertise in enhancing cost management, reducing issues and significantly enhancing organisational performance. He is an individual with the experience to drive companies forward; achieving cost management and project controls goals, and the experience and knowledge that would enhance any forward-thinking organisation. Scott holds a degree in Business Studies & Finance from Edinburgh's Napier University and has subsequently studied project management through the Association of Project Management. 

Scott’s experiences in cost management has spanned across some of the most commercially and financially challenging times in modern history such as the financial crisis of 2008, the global oil price crash of 2014 and more recently the Covid-19 pandemic.
